Dagger Approach Series Kayak - 2008
Want a craft that’ll handle both light rapids and paddles on the lake? Grab the Dagger 9-foot or 10-foot Approach Series Kayak. Drop the skeg to boost your tracking on the lake, and keep the skeg up and attach your spray skirt (sold separately) when you hit the river. Extra cockpit room (38.7in by 21in) keeps your lower body and legs happy while an adjustable, thermo-molded back rest, molded seat pad, and adjustable thigh braces boost support on long days. Bow and stern flotation help when the going gets rough, and a ten-inch stern hatch keeps snacks dry. The 9-foot Approach works well for smaller paddlers.
Bottom Line: Light rapids one day, a relaxing paddle on the lake the next.
