After the liquor store hold-up, the po-po’s were on Ronnie like stink on a monkey. His DC Cap Star SS Hat wasn’t enough to fool them; he needed a disguise. Just then, he saw the chump on the sidewalk schlepping fried goodies in the chicken costume.
