Dalbello Sports Krypton Kryzma I.D. Ski Boot - Women's - 2008

The Dalbello Women's Krypton Kryzma Alpine Ski Boot gives aggressive skiers, top-level chargers and freeriders a close-fitting, responsive boot with unparalleled flex control. The Krypton Kryzma's three-piece Cabrio design locks your foot in place comfortably for precise feel and response while you tear the groomers apart or lap the powder stashes. The Krypton Kryzma's lightweight, yet extremely warm Gold I.D. thermo-liner custom molds to your foot. Dalbello molds each of its liners to the boot shells before you even see them, which provides seamless interaction between the liner and the boot. Out of the box, the Krypton Kryzma is set up as a stiff, hard-charging boot. Swap out the extra set of tongues to soften the flex for freeriding, and replace the stiff bootboard under the liner with a soft one that dampens vibrations and absorbs some of the shock when you huck big.

Bottom Line: Take control of your comfort and performance.

This is in Dalbello's Top Performance Women's line, so pretty much their top boot that they make. As for the flex, it is customizable from 80 up to 120.

how will these compare to the 24s? i've heard that the shell and liner are the same but the footbed is a little different. i would probably put in my own footbed. i'm really looking for the gold ID liner in a 24. will these work?

The liner is actually in a size 23.5, but the shell is a 24, so you might need to be aware of that. They will pack out eventually, and then you will probably fit them a lot better if you want a 24. After they pack out you can always see about replacing with a 24 liner.

Dalbello breaks on the half size. So that would be a 24 shell.

What is the width like on these? I have narrow feet, and its hard for me to find boots narrow enough for me. All technicas I tried on are way too wide, for example. I have Salomon Scarlets, as they are the only boot that I could find narrow enough, and I do like them, but I like the idea of a three buckle system. I am an advanced skiier, and I will be doing a lot of skiing this year. It says that this boot is an advanced to intermediate boot, and I am looking for and advanced to expert boot.

you will love theses boots. they have a 98mm last (just about the narrowest last you can find) these are my go to boot for advanced skiers with narrow feet. this is the advanced boot, you will love it. it does have a different feel, a little softer forward flex, with a super stiff lateral stability. you are sure to love the ID liner. this liner cost about 250 on its own. it is one of the lightest and warmest (not too warm) liners on the market. have a good season!
