Its not used for repairs! its a METAL SCRAPER. ITS USED FOR SCRAPING! if someone used this it would be the end of their ski!!!! You dont know what your talking about

It's used for repairs, filling core shots and the like, not just general waxing. And it's not bad for your skis if you use it right.
