Everything I Could Ask For

By:

Great durable bag that isn't afraid to take a little abuse. This is a great travel bag that holds not only boots and the board, but has extra room for other gear, like helmets, pants, etc. Definitely glad I got this bag.

High Quality Bag

By:
February 18, 2008

I got this bag first for myself, then for my girlfriend. The quality of the bag is exceptional, would recommended over other bags twice its price. The only problem i had was fitting the boots in to the boot pockets (size 12). The trick is to put them in to the pocket, tilt the boot 35-45 degrees, and then zip up the boot pockets.

Excellent bag

By:
January 14, 2008

Bought this bag for my brother's new board, a 163, the 164 bag fits perfectly. The lining and construction are both incredibly high quality that one would expect from a company like dakine. My only problem with the bag is that the boots can be a bit difficult to fit in their designated place if you have big feet although it is still possible. Haven't yet taken this on the plane though with a bit of extra padding, like a shell or snow pants, I doubt the board would take a pounding. I plan to buy another for myself. This site was an excellent shipper and providing free and fast shipping was extraordinary (I bought through Amazon) and I will definitely do business again!

Great bag

By:
March 3, 2008

This bag isn't only cute, it is very well made and sturdy. I carried by 152 board, with bindings, boots, helmet and snowboarding clothing in the bag and it made to and from Montana on a plane no problems. It is like new, whereas my previous bag got ripped by the edges of the board. Go for it.

Solid!!!

By:
March 4, 2008

this bag is solid. Very durable to protect your board. Plenty of room for all your snowboarding gear. It holds board, boots, jacket, pants, gloves, helmet, goggles. Everything you need! I read somewhere people said that size 12's don't fit well, that is BS. I had not problem with my 12's in the separate boot pockets.

Dakine Board Bag

By:
March 7, 2008

I took a trip to Park City Utah, from DC, shortly after receiving my bag. I ended up carrying all my gear and 3 snowboards with all the bindings (detached) in the bag. It was a huge success and I was happy with the purchase!

Great snowboard bag with lots of cushion

By:
December 18, 2007

just the right size to fit my 147cm board, bindings, boots, and gear. Two deep side pouches. I'm planning on checking my board onto the plane so I padded the bottom of the bag with my coat and snowpants just in case.

get this bag!!

The outside boots pockets! yes! great part of this bag. very well padded on top and sides, easy on the shoulder to carry, and i had the large compartment stuffed with my gear: jacket, pants, mittens... it is my preference to keep my goggles in a small carry-on bag, but there is room for them in the large compartment. STUFFED is the key word... but you can fit some gear in along with your board with bindings attached. this bag does not have wheels... but as long as you have maybe just a small backpack, and one large suitcase... that most definitely has wheels for that bag, you will have no worries.

For you practical boarders out there

By:
March 3, 2008

This bag's awesome. If you're looking for a good quality travel bag, this is the one to get. You can fit some essential boarding gear/ attire in the compartments and its pretty durable. If you're looking for something to just put your board in with some extra stuff and not spend so much money, this is the one to get.

Good bag for a fair price. Light even with boots and still plenty of more room.

Great to FLY

A durable, well designed snowboard bag. Boots, snowboard and bindings fit very well. I got the 157cm for my 156 and it is a perfect fit. High quality materials will ensure that it will last for years to come. With a board, bindings and boots loaded in there is still room to squeeze your outfit in too. Don't overstuff it thought or you will exceed airline weight restrictions.

Dakine snowboard bags take abuse

By: Backcountry.com Employee

This is the 2nd Dakine snowboard bag I have purchased. There is plenty of room for your snow clothes in there, and this bag holds up.
