Wear the low-rise, wide-leg Contourwear Women's Quick Dry Trouser Pant on an overseas trip or just around town. The stretch nylon material can handle hours on a plane or a stroll down the street. The relaxed fit gives you room to move, and the light synthetic fabric dries quickly (obviously). The Quick Dry Trouser also has plenty of pockets to hold your essentials—two front pockets, one side stash pocket that will hold a passport, and one back pocket. Contourwear made these pants versatile by adding a two-inch hem that will transform them into a tall.
Bottom Line: Take a trip—around the world or around town—in the Contourwear Quick Dry Trouser Pants.
I've worn these pants a few times. I love how light the fabric is, how quickly they dry after washing, and how conveniently placed the pockets are. I hate how the fabric has snagged and pulled. I'd expect hiking pants to hold up better!
These pants are awesome but if you have a long torso like me, then it's best to go up a size. The fabric has a nice quality to it. These are going to be a wardrobe favorite!
How do these fit on someone with a slim figure? The reason I ask is that I never buy "relaxed fit" pants, so I am concerned that they might be a bit baggy on me. I'm 5'5 and weigh about 108 pounds.
I wish these pants had worked for me, because the style is nice and the material is *so* soft and flexible (stretchy). They were too short, though, and I had to return them. (I'm 5'10", and finding pants that are long enough is always a challenge).
I actually ended up ordering thses from another merchant because the khaki color was not in stock in my size. I was unable to post a comment on that site, so I thought it would be helpful to other shoppers to do so here. When I ordered the Anywear pant from here, I had to exchange the size 4 for a size 6 because it apparently runs small. On that basis, I ordered this pant in a size 6 too. Both fit well anad I am very pleased with the quality and style (for traveling light).
These are really comfortable but the pockets show through and so does my underwear. Unfortunately, I don't have cool underwear. They wedge up in a weird way even though they are actually a little big on me (you would have to see to understand but it isn't pretty). The fabric pills up too and they do shrink. I wouldn't buy again.
I am very pleased with the fabric of these pants. Some reviews said the khaki fabric was thin and somewhat see-through. That didn't stop me from ordering them. The fabric IS really thin (visible panty line needs to be addressed) However, the advantage is that this fabric (in black) feels extremely lightweight and I imagine it will be perfect for hot weather travel (I dislike shorts and skirts for travel). The only reason I gave them four stars is because the fit is somewhat less than ideal...they look great from behind and from the side but the front is not as fitted. I don't mind. I'm seriously thinking about ordering a second pair.
I ordered these pants in black and really loved them, but they stretch almost a full size after you put them on, so now I wish I'd ordered them at least a size (if not 2) smaller. I ordered the khaki pants in a smaller size, though, and I must say I was tremendously disappointed by the quality of the fabric. Ladies, if you have any kind of butt at all, you may want to order the khakis a size up. They are not constructed for curves, and the material is virtually transparent if it has to hug your body at all. Pretty much all underwear shows through, and it's impossible to escape panty lines.
I absolutely love these pants. I have both in black and khaki. I wear them to work and when I travel. They dry quickly and look great. I wish they had them in more colors.
If you are looking for a way to pack light these pants are a must! They are very comfortable & nice fitting. I brought them on my trip to the Middle East. I was able to wash them out & they were dry & ready to go for the next day.
I have these pants in khaki and black. The fabric feels softer and more stretchy in the khaki, but the khaki is more see through. I have throwm them in a bag and then let them hang overnight and they are quite presentable. They can be dressed up a bit so that you can wear them to places where jeans won't work. They are quick drying so that they are great for travel. They don't take up a lot of room in your bag. I find that the 2 pair can carry me through most casual traveling situations. I love them.
