I have 3 pairs and would buy more if available in other colors. I live in extremely hot and humid climate. They are great for hard work like sail racing but also dressy enough to wear out at night with a pretty top. The classic EVERYTHING pant!

I love these shorts. They are sturdy enough to wear when racing sailboats, yet classy enough to wear to dinner with a dress shirt! Yes, that's what I said...dinner ware. Very clean lines and flattering to boot! They do run a little generous in size. I'm now working in a tropical climate and these are cool and lightweight. Very comfy! (I've got 3 pair now).

I love the look, length, material is good for humid climates, the pockets on the booty look good and these are functional. I ordered a 6 but I could have purchased a 4. The waist would have been tighter not so loose, but maybe not as comfy..not sure. I am concerned the waist will stretch after wearing them for a day and I'll need a belt. So i am going to get a belt and deal..

I bought these for my wife and she just loves them. They are very comfortable and light.

I have 2 pairs of this short. These shorts dress up and can be used for play. Cute low rise, I'm 5' 3" and these shorts hit 3 inches below the knee. They are true to size, but I ordered a size up for a loose casual drape off the hip. This is one of Columbia's more trendy pieces of clothing.

I really liked these shorts for the first few hours of wear, but they stretched out so much I felt like they were falling down. Too bad as they are a nice slimming fit, and very comfortable.

I'm 5'11" and have a hard time finding shorts that fit well. These are comfy, suitably long for hiking and cruising around on my bike, and look nice. Very happy customer. :)

Just got back from the Boundary Waters and wore these shorts the whole time. They dry fast, look great, and fit well. I would also say they're true to size, with a little room to spare. I also really like the fabric, it's very lightweight, but can take a pretty good beating. Some of the stitching on the leg hems has broke, but I would say it's all because of me, I worked them hard this last week. I've had numerous comments on them, and will buy another pair.

Very flattering cut with a modest hemline. I own 2 pairs already and am now buying my third color. Not to short and not to long ; more stylish and more flattering than capri pants. Extremely comfortable, breathable, packable, and stylish at the same time. Stretch a little with wear but not to much and wash well back to size.

These shorts are awesome! Flattering fit and very comfortable. The waist does seem to get loose over time, but not a really big deal.
