Columbia Steep Slope Parka - Men's

Leave the green runs behind and take on the deep, untracked lines with the Columbia Men’s Steep Slope Parka. This three-in-one ski jacket features an Omni-Tech waterproof breathable shell and a zip-in insulating layer to give you the right amount of protection for any day on the mountain. Tons of pockets organize your mountain essentials and the shell underarm zips dump extra heat when you’re working for your turns. The shell works solo on warmer days, and the quilted liner jacket keeps you toasty when you’re chilling with a beer at the end of the day.

Bottom Line: There are no friends on a powder day—except for the Steep Slope Parka.

great jacket

Just bought the jacket and its great. I bought a medium but it fits more like a large. I think a small would have fitted better for me.

Sweet Jacket

By:
December 9, 2009

Just got the Steep Slope Parka today, I have never been happier with a jacket. I am 6'3" and 260 and the xxl is spot on, great length in the torso and arms...I am old enough that I don't want a crazy-colored jacket and this is just hip enough for me.

sweet jacket

the best jacket ive owned so far. its really waterproof, comfortable, and well designed/built. the pockets in front are realy nice, like big smock pockets or something. the zip in liner is suprisingly warm. when i put the liner on in the parking lot, i was doubtful as to whether it would be warm enough. well don't worry. its plenty warm, i was toasty in 10 degree temps. its also really windproof, you won't even notice its windy.

Toasty Warm

This is a great Jacket. Took it out on the slopes for the first time yesterday, and it definitely met all my needs. Super warm, and very functionable. The Columbia size chart is pretty much right on, so that helped.

outstanding

I live in Maryland and it gets quite cold here. I bought this for my 16 year old son and he absolutely luvs it. He said that it keeps him warm, warmer then his North Face. He also likes all the pockets the inner jacket and the coat has. This is a definite buy if you have to brave the cold.
