My almost six year old kiddo has an 18 in. waist and she's

My almost six year old kiddo has an 18 in. waist and she's 41 in. tall. Was thinking of getting these pants in 4/5 for skiing in Tahoe but am concerned that they may be too big even with the adjustable waist. How small can you make the waist? (I'd get her bibs but don't want her struggling when she needs to use the bathroom.) thanks!
