Smallest size way too big!

By:
April 6, 2007

These pants were exactly what I have been looking for-fast drying, lightweight, etc. with a lower rise, longer length short and long pant length. I am thin, 5'7", and have a 33" inseam, so I ordered the size 4 long (sized for a 23" waist--I'm a 26"). Imagine my surprise when I tried them on and they slid right back down! The length was perfect (touched the floor without shoes), but even though they are cut slim, they were way too big! Too bad they don't make a size 2...(sigh). But if you're built "normal" instead of tall and skinny, these will be great pants for you!

review for tall women regarding fit

By:
November 12, 2007

These may be great pants, but I'll never know because they did not have a proportionally longer rise and I sent them back. Why would a manufacturer lengthen the inseam, and not the rest of the pants? I'm 5'll" 150 lbs. btw.

zip offs with a good fit

By:
November 28, 2007

Zip-off pants usually usually don't fit well, however these fit nicely (they don't bellow out around the zipper as much as others I've tried).
The short length is also great (I'm about 5'3) and the drawstrings on the cuffs at the bottom are useful (which I would have had to hem off if the pants didn't come in a short length).
The shorts fall just above my knees, so if you're looking for zip-offs with longer shorts, I think these would work.

Golf

By:

I have worn these to play golf. I live in Florida, so am really testing your gear! They are super-terrific! The pants are comfortable, and I am able to bend, and twist, and have roomy pockets. In addition, they are nice and cool! I had some issues with skin cancer, and your products were recommended by the Dermatologist. Now if they could only improve my golf score!

Keep the Top Up on Convertibles

By:
June 12, 2007

Again, my wife found the in-leg zippers to be too uncomfortable to daily use on her trip so she returned the item and ordered the same fabric but without the Convertible Pant Leg. Long Pants and Short Pants should be kept as separate articles on a trip i guess.
