What is the warmth rating on this jacket

this jacket does have insulation. It is Microtemp and quite eficient for its bulk and weight. the shell is waterproof, the insulation is a pile and microtemp and the cut is reasonably generous... making a great jacket as is, or open enough to allow layering with ease

I just ordered one for my daughter, and it feels like a regular fall jacket b/c it is so thin. I am trying to decide if I am going to return it & get something thicker. I read the label and the lining is the same as her old winter coat, just super thin. I don't know if that really helps.
