how large is the hat and what size head will it fit?

It's one size. It'll stretch to fit large heads. If it's still small, stretch it out by putting it on a soccer ball overnight.

This beanie is super warm. If you're battling the cold and can't seem to keep the heat capped, this beanie does the trick. Kind of looks a bit bulky when worn but looks good with goggs. I reserve this one for blizzard days.
