Yes! I have read in other reviews that the shoe comes with a thick cushioned footbed that is removable (if you need to replace with orthotics).

THESE SHOES ARE SO CUTE...BUT A HUGE DISSAPOINTMENT FOR COMFORT. HEELS RUB HORRIBLY AND INSIDE THE SHOE WHERE THE STRAP IS SEWN IN HURTS MY LITTLE TOE, EVEN WITH THIN SOCKS. COULDN'T GET PAST ALL THAT PAIN TO TELL IF THE ARCH IS GOING TO BE GOOD OR NOT . I'M THINKING NOT. I WEAR A 7.5 AND ORDERED 7.5 ,THE FIT WAS GOOD. I'M STILL GOING TO WEAR THEM AROUND TOWN BUT NOT TOO LONG AT A TIME. I LOVE BIRKENSTOCKS AND WAS HOPING FOR A CHANGE. UNFORTUNATLEY I'VE NOT FOUND IT YET. I'M A HAIRSTYLIST AND AM ON MY FEET ALL DAY LONG. I'VE SPENT A FORTUNE TRYING TO FIND A SHOE THAT WILL HELP ACHING FEET WHICH IN TURN EXHAUST THE REST OF THE BODY. MAYBE SHOES COMPANIES SHOULD HAVE SOME KIND OF INSURANCE FOR SHOES THAT JUST DON'T WORK FOR YOU.
