I moved to Nova Scotia from Chicago and find the cold more damp

I moved to Nova Scotia from Chicago and find the cold more damp here. Nothing keeps me warm...bought a Columbia Titanium and I still have to wear three shirts underneath it!

I want to know how this parka fits - in case I need to wear something heavier underneath it. What size does the large fit in ladies, 12-14 or 10-12???

I consult to the arctic every few months, and am in a blizzard now. The parka is as figure-flattering as one could hope for, not overly bulky yet warm. It is well constructed and finished. Canada Goose makes the best face-protecting hood. The color of this parka is gorgeous. The fabric is softer and thus drapes better than the typical Canada Goose parka but seems as sturdy as the regular hefty shell.
