Definitely a good way to stay hydrated. I used this for the breast cancer 3 day walk, and I drank WAY more water than my friend. It's convenient and not too difficult to refill. The only thing I would have changed was the fact that it didn't have enough storage for me. It had 3 very small pockets. You'll need extra storage for a day trip. Otherwise I thought it was great. My back didn't get all sweaty either.

As a novice to long-distance running, I knew I needed some kind of hydration pack for long training runs. I did my homework, looked at all sorts of packs, but ultimately chose the camelback dream. It was truly a dream. I was worried about the weight and fit, but both were fine. I wore it for the first time on a 20-mile run and it was great! No chafing, fit snug, and got the job done. Having two zippered pockets on it was really great too. I would definitely recommend it to women athletes. I had great success ordering here as well.

If you are like me and are pretty much a minimalist in what you like to carry on your back, just buy this; I bought this for my wife. Other than the color being to girly, (they need this in a men’s color) this model can be used by men who hate carrying anything on their back while they ski. I used it on a summer hike. Went straight up lower and upper Exterminator ski run and its design just works and doesn't flop around. And, it has ingenious little features.
