Ditch post-run chest soreness with CW-X Ultra Support Bra offering, well, the ultimate in bosom support. CW-X developed the five-point star-shaped web of support bands in each side of the bra, holding the breast in place and prohibiting upward or downward bounce. CoolMax and Lycra fabric keep your skin dry and ventilated, with mesh stretch channels under each cup to help facilitate evaporation. Padded shoulder straps distribute and diffuse pressure, so you can head out for miles of running and focus on muscles, not jiggles.
Bottom Line: A new step in supportive, curve-friendly sportswear.
Hi There- Yes The CW-X Ultra Support Bra does come in a 34DD in white color only. You will need to special order it through one of the Gear experts at Backcountry. We also do a 34B/C, and a 34D.
Tina- Yes the CW-X Ultra Support Bra does come in a 36 D. I see that Backcountry is low on sizes, etc. You should contact a gear expert who can place a special order for you from CW-X and get you the right size.
As a 36D, I had gotten used to, but so tired of, mangling myself into and out of 2 sports bras (the old fashioned criss-cross back) for all my workouts, especially on the treadmill. The old criss-cross bras always cut in no matter how lean I got because I needed them tight to get a decent amount of support/control.
I decided to splurge on this high-tech CW-X bra and I am SO glad I did.
The only bad news is I bought just 1 so I had to alternate this wonderful bra with the old 2-bra-breast-smashing technique. Yes, I am back to buy more CW-X bras!
The CW-X bra is wonderful. It is like getting a HUG when you put it on. It provides amazing pain- free support; it is easy to just keep running/working out. This bra is both extremely comfortable and supportive. Its so comfortable its hard to believe it was engineered for amazing support. The engineers behind this bra really did their homework. Each breast gets its own supportive capsule. It's so comfortable I might even start wearing it to work!
If you are contemplating this bra but concerned about the price consider it a present to yourself and an investment in your health. Amazing bra, simply amazing.
Is this avaliable in smaller sizes? I am currently a 32D+ according to your size chart. I have a breastfeeding baby, so this bra looked ideal for me. The band sizes currently in stock are all much too big. I enjoy running, but not the bounce on top. Where can I find one of these in my size?
Hi Emily- The CW-X Ultra Sport Bra is a great bra. We just recently added a 34 band in B/C, D, or DD cups (white color only). Feedback from women is that our bras fit one band size smaller than a traditional lingerie bra. so if you are wearing a 32D in a regular bra, the 34D or 34 DD would work fine for you. I see that Backcountry doesn't have the 34D or 34DD in stock, but I'm sure if you conact a gear expert, they could probably have one special ordered for you.
At first I was like, $70 for a bra? But then I figured out how often I work out and how I just cannot take bouncing on the treadmill. This bra is by far the best I have ever used. I used Enell bras but they just compress your chest down. This bra relies on actual support which I really like.
The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because putting this bra on is a real pain in the butt. I hope they come out with a front zip or front closure bra with this amount of support very, very soon.
