CW-X LiteFit T-Shirt - Short Sleeve - Men's

Some running shirts retain sweaty smells even after a machine wash. Thanks to silver antimicrobial fibers, the CW-X Men's LiteFit Short-Sleeve T-Shirt blocks sweaty odors before they sneak into the fabric. CW-X also made this fitted tee with UPF 50 Zinc-titanium fiber technology so harmful sun rays can't penetrate the shirt. Wicking, quick-drying action in the LiteFit T-Shirt helps you stay dry on hot days.

Bottom Line: The LiteFit T-Shirt blocks sun and sweaty smells.

To tight

By:
September 17, 2009

Ordered Medium for 160 pound, 5' 11" - to small - just fits to tight. Order a size larger if you want a more normal fitting shirt. Otherwise seems like a nice product. Returning it for a size larger.

Very light, and very tight

By:
July 22, 2009

This is an extremely thin and lightweight shirt (that does a good job blocking the sun). It breathes and wicks well. However, if you don't like skin-tight shirts then this one is not for you. It is "fitted" enough that even if you sized up it would still be pretty tight.

The smell factor really depends on how hard you sweat and how long you plan on wearing the particular item. Antimicrobial clothing definitely helps to keep the smell factor to a minimum, especially on longer workouts, multi-day backpacking trips, etc. Anything with silver in it helps and as for all natural materials to keep the smell down, merino wool is an excellent choice for regulating body temperature while keeping unwanted oder to a minimum.

nothing special

i bought the sleeveless version of this. it was a little short for me in an xxl - 6'4 230 - but otherwise not bad. it was SUPER light, almost too light to give any sort of compression, and thus basically just a really tight shirt. comfortable, but after about an hour of sweaty basketball, it started to chafe my nipples.

really lightweight running shirt

Nice t-shirt for running in really hot weather, or as a bottom baselayer in cold weather.

More of a second skin than a shirt

This is a thin soft comfortable shirt that is more like wearing sunscreen than a garment. I wanted a change of shirt and something to sleep in camping and it's super light and packs small. Being tight and light the shirt also moved like a second skin and did not bunch up while spinning around in my mummy bag. I plan on buying several.

I've worn this shirt on many long distance bike rides and it really does the trick. It's super light and breathes really well. It's a tighter fit than I'm used to, but it wicked better than any other piece I've used so far.

This shirt is very comfortable. The material is Very stretchy and they sleeves are cut so they do not bind. Whether I'm running or doing Yoga, I am quite pleased with it.
Fit is pretty true to size, but seem to be a bit shorter cut in length.
