didn't fit the laptop!

We ordered this backpack in part because of the laptop sleeve. When it arrived, the zipper didn't comfortably open wide enough to fit our 15" laptop! Rather than spend time wrangling the laptop in and out of the backpack every day, we returned it and ordered a different one from Jansport.
