Brunton Orion 3-Mantle Lantern

Brunton claims its Orion Lantern is the brightest propane lantern available. This three-mantle lantern pours out 250 watts of light onto your night-enshrouded campsite and starts up easily, thanks to its push-button piezo ignition. Seems to be a standard size, other brands would most likely work but backcountry.com does carry replacement mantles- Item # BRU0117.

IS this lantern really that much brighter than a coleman northstar

IS this lantern really that much brighter than a coleman northstar or pinnacle? Also, I have heard it can take coleman mantles, are they smaller and thus less bright? Because I have never seen this lantern or its mantles in stores. All in all, I want to know if I should buy this lantern or get another northstar.
