What happened to this product :(

I have a number of pair of the previous version Bridgedale Trail Sport Sock . They are great and have held up very well over the past year or so. I just bought the new edition- Bridgedale Endurance Trail Sport Sock
. They are soft and flimsy. Already major heal wear. If anyone has a source for the old version- PLEASE LET ME KNOW> This is a bad sign for Bridgedale products.
