Peregrine's The Colorado 14ers helps guide you through driving directions, parking, estimated round-trip times, and difficulty ratings so you can choose to tackle one or all fifty-four of Colorado's 14,000ft peaks. The authors organized The Colorado 14ers by mountain range so it's easy to find a close alternative if the peak you're looking at requires more hiking time or an overnight that you're not ready for. We'd like to know which 14ner nearest to Colorado Springs is one with an easier trail? We've heard that Pike's Peak is a long, arduous trail. We'd like one we can hike up and down in a long morning. Thanks for your help.
