The Boeri Men's Tactic Helmet's hybrid design gives you the lightweight benefits of in-mold, micro-shell components and the superior protection of hardshell reinforcements. Your brain deserves this kind of technology, man. Boeri designed this freeride helmet with its Head-Loc Occipital Retention System, which dials in an optimal fit for all-day comfort up top. Write your question here... The Boeri Helmet you have says medium and I don't see the size on the chart. I have a 7 3/8" hat size. How does that correspond to the 83.7size you have?

83.97 refers to the price. Your 7 3/8 in size equals 23 1/8 inches in circumference (Circ = pi x diameter). That translates to roughly 59cm (in x 2.54 = cm). That makes you a size L in this Boeri. Bummer. I know, I know. The sizing chart for this helmet is pretty weak.
