Blurr Bandolier - 2008

The Blurr Bandolier is a killer alternative to the standard daypack. With its sleek shape and cushy across-the-chest strap, this sling won't feel like a monkey on your back. The Bandolier offers just enough space for your bouldering gear or a bike ride to kickboxing class, so the danger of overloading is non-existent (smart packing = comfortable carrying). A cell phone pocket on the shoulder strap lets you catch those important calls without stopping to take off your pack.

Bottom Line: Ditch that spine-crushing daypack in favor of Blurr's Bandolier.

Great as a skiing back pack

By:
April 14, 2009

I bought this as a skiing back pack and it worked great. I could carry two half a litre bottles of water, lots of granola bars, cheese sticks and other snacks, which I always carry in different pockets of my jacket.

It always stays in place, even when going fast and doing sharp turns. You can pull it up front to grab something from inside it, and then you can shove it back. It fits so well, that you forget that you are carrying it.

If you don't need to carry large items, it is perfect.

good deal

I was looking for a small bag for my 2 mile bike commute to work. I wanted something that just carried my stethascope, my lunch, and a few other things. This is perfect. Not for you if you want to carry anything like a jacket, books, computer, etc. Has a lot of pockets, seems well designed. Nice straps.

Its a great bag with great pockets. ANd stays in place when I'm on the bike comute. Its small though. I certainly can't get my work out clothes and shoes in ti, like iwanted to but it does ok. And I can't reachthe nifty key pocket with taking it off!! I still like it though and for the price tis not bad!!

This bandolier is very comfortable to wear and has lots of convenient pockets, including one for your cell phone and a little hidden zippered one on the strap (i used it for my keys). I wish it was a little bit bigger. It's great for around town, but fitting my gym shoes in it ain't easy (i think climbing shoes would fit fine). The good thing is that when I do get my shoes in and the zipper barely closes, I can tell that this is durable, well-made bag.
