Black Diamond Telescoping Bobcat Shovel - 2007

The “golden mean” of shovels, the Tele Bobcat offers the best of all worlds. It's small enough to fit in a pack, yet burly enough to move serious snow. Its blade is wide enough to power through refrozen chunk piles, yet is compact enough for carving out small snow caves. Topped off with an easy-to-grab D-grip and a telescoping shaft that adds 20 cm for maximum leverage, the Tele Bobcat is the all-purpose shovel of choice.
