Are these "Shiva" sole blocks also compatible with the BD Method boots? There is not a size large available in the Method sole blocks so I was thinking the Shiva size large sole blocks might be compatible.

I'm trying to change to the alpine heel sole block and having a really hard time getting it off the boot. The toe peice came off pretty easily... is there a trick to getting the heel peice off?

It should be a Phillips head screwdriver, make sure you're using the right size so you don't strip the bolt. If you have a vise, use that so you can gain some leverage.

since we neglected to include any sizing info in our copy here is what BD saysOur AT Power Series ski boots come with Interchangeable Sole Blocks. Sole Blocks come in two sizes: Small for size 25.5 and smaller boots and Large for size 26 and larger.
