Poor Suspension Design!

The AVALUNG is poorly integrated into this pack there is an air intake box which is within the top left shoulder strap, it does not allow the strap to bend over your shoulder and digs into your neck : / NO GOOD very uncomfortable. Also the load lifter straps are nearly pointless because the stiff part of the frame ends below where they attach. I was really excited about this pack due to its clean, simple, and practical design but cannot keep the pack because its too uncomfortable to wear (my friends also agree). I will definetly purchace this pack if and when BD fixes these problems. BD does a great job with most of there products, this is one the the few that needs a little more R&D.
