Light, low bulk, but not keylock

Super light and low-bulk.

Cheap.

Not keylock biners - if that's important to you (it should be).

What is the difference between the Black Diamond quicksilver

What is the difference between the Black Diamond quicksilver Quickpack Quickdraws(blue) And the Black Diamond Quicksilber QuickWire Quickpack Quickdraws (green)????????????

The wire gates are great and light. Their easy to clip and actually safer. If you smack a wire the gate won't open because there is no mass to swing the gate open. probably wouldn't be a huge concern but its something to think about.

can you buy a quick draw with an anti lock system on similar

can you buy a quick draw with an anti lock system on similar to self locking carabiners?

ive seen carabiners with a wire to keep the gate open until use, and having them on a quickdraw would stop the rope from ever poping out.

Just buy locking 'biners and replace the ones already on the draw, i don't think they sell pre-made quick draws with locking 'biners. That shouldn't really be necessary though, if you have time to lock a gate, you have time to make sure you didn't back-clip/ are opposites opposed.

Great Value

I grabbed a bunch of these for clip-ups and pretty much love them. You can't really beat the price. BD makes sick gear that does the job well and lasts.

Surprisingly solid performance and ease of use

I picked up a couple of each size of these draws (long and short) because the price was right, and I wanted a quick draw I could use for both trad and sport. The bent gate end of the draw is unlike other quickdraws where the webbing is snug - on these it is loose which I've found is great for trad routes where I don't want a long runner but I do want the draw to allow the rope to travel a bit without twisting. For wandering sport routes where the standard quickdraw can create a "z" I usually reach for the Black Diamond Quicksilver. Exceeded my expectations.

good and durable

I like them, I only have 2 of these draws. But they work amazingly! The ease of use, lightweight, and construction of these draws is amazing. They are just as light as a wire gate but work just like your old solid gates do.

simple and good

These are rad, simple good and don't break the pocket book. I like how they have the straight and bent shaft, so you can use either, sometimes the bent is nicer to use than the straight to get clipped in. It is just simple, basic and does the job good.
