Used these for snowshoe outings, ice climbing, and bashing in to ice climbs. Reasonably warm, stay pretty dry, good leather palm and fingers. The outer shell is not softshell, so dexterity is not what it could be, but that keeps them lighter and makes snow slide off. Grip is excellent. They don't dry especially fast, but not bad. I'd prefer to have a removable inner glove for faster drying. No foam armor, so I dinged fingers while ice climbing. BD don't bill these as ice gloves so I knew the risk. Overall a very usable glove for all sorts of winter activities.

these gloves are incredible! they fit wicked good, they wick away any sweat, and they seem to suction themselves to my hand but are still super dexterous. the slits on the fingers help a lot to improve the dexterity. putting on boots and adjusting straps is no problem with these gloves. they are super lightweight but my fingers tend to chill when the mercury dips past 15, but these are a great multipurpose glove.

these gloves are rugged!!! they are the best gloves i have ever bought. i got them on tramdock for 25 bucks and they are fantastic. i got a large which is a little snug, but in a good way. great warmth even on cold days. overall, these gloves are awesome!

Bought these gloves as a gift for someone who cross-country skies a lot. He LOVES THEM! The way the knuckles are hinged makes griping something much more natural and comfortable. Also, the gloves are super warm. The water resistant material works great as well. Overall, a great glove for winter activities were you need to have movement throughout your hands and keep them warm.

Did not get a 5 due to could have been warmer on med. cold day. Great gloves for mid 30's+ days.
