Best Kiteboarding Nemesis HP
While the Best Kiteboarding Nemesis HP lives for huge jumps and big surf rides, this kite excels on land and snow as well. For ’09, Best Kiteboarding gave the Nemesis Kevlar strips in the leading edge for quick kite response to your twisting motions during steering (think fast turns even in light wind). A Cuben Equipped LE design thins the leading edge to help with upwind performance, jumping, and hangtime performance. Best Kiteboarding knows you’ll crash your kite, so it reinforced the entire perimeter which isolates the canopy from impact and distributes the blow. A VP2 bridal system provides a 2:1 depower to bar-travel ratio.
Bottom Line: Go big.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.
It rocks on snow

If you read the tech spec on the right side under material, it will tell you the material and consturction build that are used on the kite. [Airframe, wingtip, LE elbows] Kevlar-reinforced; [Edge] Cuben fiber; [Wingtip panels] multi-layer Dacron. These are the best quailty and built on the kite market. The Cuben fiber is the durable material on the market for kite. No other kite manufator are using it. Only professional sailor use this material. The Nemesis HP is well build for snowkiting. I have been using inflatable on snow since 2001. It a lot better then a foil kites. The inflatable kite are more forgiving and stable then the foil kite.

The Nemesis was of extremely poor quality, and little attention to detail in manufacturing as far as quality control goes.
When I received mine, 3 of the strut bladders leaked the first time I inflated it, because they were not properly heat sealed on the ends. The leading edge inflation point had no stopper ball in it, as a result of this once the leading edge was inflated to the recommended pressure, even with the Velcro closure the valve would want to slide out and it would slowly leak air, so after a short time of flying the kite would start to taco.
After attempting to fix all these things when rolling the kite up after only the second flight, the nylon on top of the center strut was tearing apart at the stitched seam.

No way that's an Ozone, they've never used yellow cloth. Pretty lame to slander a top quality brand, rather than admit that best is the huffy of the kiteboarding world and uses the lowest cost materials and cheapest construction methods. You get what you pay for.

The first thing I did was to contact Best I sent in several photos, and was told to contact Backcountry as the retailer is the one who deals with warrenty issues. This was the email responce from Best.
Dean,
Please contact Backcounty about these issues. It seems like something they will take care of. All warranty issues need to be handled through the point of purchase. If you have anymore questions please let me know.
Brian
So I sent bake the kite, Backcountry only sells Best kites, the photo above is of a Nemisis

The photos you just posted doesn't look like the Nemesis HP. It looks like the Ozone Instinct kite or the slingshot kite's seam set up. Could you provide more photos to see where the problem is happen. You can email it to me jacob@bestkiteboarding.com.
