Anything is possible. Women and men tend to have different shaped heads, so different helmets are sized to fit that, but if you want it, go for it.-----------The colors are really the only thing different with these. The sizing is the same for Men's and Women's Bern helmets. If they have your size, go for it. Any doubts, check out Bern's website. www.bernunlimited.com

Bern Muse helmet

I have had this helmet for a season now and although it does scuff it is easy to clean with one of those magic erasers. The overall fit of the helmet is very true to size, so if you ladies have a small head like me you will be happy. My muse in particular does not have the built in audio system, but the flaps are removable.
