Definitely order size up. My wife is a shoe size 7 and the medium was too small. I am a size 14 and the XXX size was too small which means I have not exchange possibilities.

The size really does run small. I normally wear a womens 7 1/2, so I thought the M/7-8 would be perfect especially with my narrow feet, but my toes rubbed up snuggly on the front. I returned them for a L. Good advice already posted.

Definitely recommend to handwash and let them air dry. I used the washing machine and when I removed them, I noticed some areas where the seams were already busting! :(

The slippers are toasty warm. The only major drawback is that both the men and women sizes are easily one size smaller than listed on the specs. When in doubt definitely order one size larger than you'd normally wear.

I've had these a few weeks and they are great. Warm, cozy, suitable for around the house but probably not outside. Sizing seems to run snug, but they stretch just a bit to fit just fine. I sleep in mine, and my feet have never been so toasty. I'm getting my sister-in-law a pair for Christmas.
