Nice ligthweight material, and super soft. I am 6' 180lbs and returned the L for an XL. The L was ok, but was a pretty close fit - not as casual fitting as I like my hoodies, so you might want to size up if you are like me. Haven't had any cold weather to wear it in yet, but seems warm despite its light weight.

Overall great for the price. Very confortable. Fits perfectly, I would like the hood to be doubled, but nothing bad to say against. I liked it and buy another one after one weak wearing the first.

I ordered my hoodie based upon the size chart. The chart was way off. This thing barely comes down to my waste and is just to small all the way around. I got a small because I had a 39" chest when I ordered it. I'm 5'10" 153lbs and usually wear a medium or large, but according to the size chart I was a small for this hoodie. Maybe its my fault but the chart was misleading.

My favorite surfing hoody! So soft & comfy against bare skin, sized accurately (not oversized), definitely unisex, not just for guys! I got the blue, like the ocean, and don't think I will take it camping or it will get pine sap and grunge on it. Really nice cuffs, not binding tight like some companies. And thank you for NOT putting writing on it, I'm sick and tired of announcing things on my clothes.......my lil' goat is discrete and just my style!

Nothing says comfort like a big 'ole hoodie. I'm 5'11" 195 lbs. I usually wear a Large hoodie and this one seems a perfect fit. I don't like a snug hoodie, but I don't usually like the overly casual fit of an XL. This fits true as a large should. The lining is soft and comfortable and the subtle logo is a nice touce. Warning: this is the type of hoodie that your girlfriend will steal from you, so you may want to get rid of her before you welcome this piece of fine apparel into your home.

This is a high quality normal mid-weight sweatshirt that will keep you warm down to about 45 F with the sun out. The sizing is the most important part. It will shrink 5%-10% after washing. I am 5 11 160 lbs with a 38 inch chest, the Medium fits well. The Large had some room, and the small was too tight to wear.

Really nice, just plain comfortable sweatshirt. The logo is a great touch and this is perfect for a cool evening outside or at a campfire just relaxing.

im wearing it right NOW weird and i love it!!! it has a great fit. form fitting. the hood could be a bit bigger but im over it.

As usual, the logo rocks! I bought a large and it has the extra room I like my hoodies to have. I have a 41.5" chest and weigh 205 lbs. If I wanted a snugger fit I could of gone with the med.(for those of you smaller than I)

Supporting this awesome website with a great sweatshirt. It is a light weight sweatshirt, so not too bulky, good for wearing in the evening at a campfire, but it's not going to keep you warm in the arctic. I got the pacific blue color, which was closer to Navy than it appeared on my computer, but I like it better. Nice comfortable fit, not to baggy, or too tight. Everyone needs some backcountry gear!

Very nice sweatshirt, comfy. Runs a little big to to the size. I would go one size smaller myself, unless you like a baggy feel.

Nice sweatshirt - I'm 5'8'' 130lbs - usually wear a medium but bought a small based on other reviews. The small fits perfect; however if you're looking for a little extra room buy up a size. Excellent piece of clothing.

I bought this hooded sweatshirt for my boyfriend. He hasn't worn it yet because he questioned the goat logo. I think I will take it back and wear it myself if he doesn't sport it soon. I love the "earth" color, and it's super soft. It's starting to warm up here, so I'll wait to call him picky and ungrateful if he doesn't wear it next fall. Only teasing...sort of.

Totally comfortable, long enough sleeves and the trunk of it is not too big. I don't feel like I am swimming in it. The organic cotton is sweet.

Just bought a second Backcountry hoodie for my husband. His first has been through the washer probably 50 times and has endured hiking, biking, kayaking and lots of lazing around too. It's super soft, hasn't lost its color, is warm and looks good.

Bought one for each of my brothers. They're not small guys--one of them is 6'3'' and husky, and the XL fits him just right, even in the sleeves (I hope it doesn't shrink). So, I agree with other reviews that this runs a bit on the large side. The fabric is high-quality cotton--soft and organic and not bulky. I agree with other reviewers that the material is thinner than many sweatshirts, but by no means is it too thin. I want one of these for myself. I hope a women's style is in the works.

Gave one to the boyfriend and one to the dad for Christmas and they both love them! Sizing is pretty true. Would say this hoodie is a little thinner compared to The North Face hoodies.

The backcountry.com Goat organic cotton hooded sweatshirt is super comfortable. It's great for after a cold surf session, bike ride or after skiing. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.
