Backcountry.com Energy Belt

The Backcountry.com Energy belt wears its heart on its buckle. The belt’s buckle reads—Keep hiking, earn your turns—and we hope the tattoo on your heart reads the same. This nylon-reinforced belt won’t show wear after months of abuse, and the bombproof construction form our collaborating friends over at Spacecraft and their amazing manufacturing facility in Bali will probably outlast whatever trousers you’re wearing.

Bottom Line: Keep hiking, the Energy Belt will hold up your pants.

Backcountry.com Belt

This is a killer belt. Waist is a 32 and I got a medium. The belt has 10 belt holes and I have 5 left. It is surprisingly light and about. Its 1.5 inches wide.

if i were to write a review, this is exactly what i would have written.

i'd also add that the belt just has a good feel to it — it's more comfortable than a normal leather or vinyl belt — it almost has a soft padding to it.

sweet belt

I won this belt in a competition... I was a little worried I wouldn't like it because the pictures make it look a little cheesy. But this belt looks a lot better in person. Seems tough and durable, and I like the mountain stylings. It's a little bit of a wide belt so it takes me a little longer to work it through my belt loops than my normal dress belt.

I wear 33" pants and the medium fits perfectly, I've got plenty of wiggle room in either direction.

I'm catching up on all my reviews today, and I have this belt and LOVE it, the quality is amazing it's made my spacecraft and you can tell. The graphics are ergo and the holes never wear out. I have a small waist and there are plenty of extra holes to keep this belt on me!. I would highly suggest this belt over any big named brands out there.

backcountry belt ski pants belt

By: Backcountry.com Employee
September 9, 2009

i wore this belt on a backcountry tour through europe to hold up my softshell pants. i HATE when the backpack pushes my pants down, and i look like a gangster out there. this belt was awesome. lightweight, and stays dry, burly buckle that is cast metal and solid. The germans i met in the Chanrion hut loved it too, and wondered where you might be able to get a belt so rad.

Add to you your inbounds ski pants. add to your softshell pants (the cool softshell pants that has belt loops). it just may save your life someday.

True, it would be pretty hard to make you look "gangster"

There is nothing gangster about you or your belt.
