Burton Modem Insulated Jacket - Boys'

The Burton Boys' Modem Jacket keeps your shredder warm and dry as he rips in the park and races down groomers. Burton gave the Modem Jacket a water-resistant nylon shell to stand up to the abuse of young, fearless riding. A tricot lining keeps the Modem Jacket's interior soft, a fulltime hood protects your boy's noggin during winter storms, and mesh-lined Underarm zips dump heat when your ripper really gets going. Whether he wears this killer jacket to class or to the hill, your boy will dig all the cargo pockets as well as the internal pouch for his MP3 player. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: Hook your ripper up with new school style.

You'd be okay at that temp with a bit of layering underneath.

Great jacket, but runs small

We liked this jacket for everything it is.....except that it runs small. We ordered the large for a 10/12 boy and it looked more like an 8/10 jacket on him. No room at all. Unfortunately there was no XL to replace it. :( Went with an XL 686 jacket instead.

Yes it does. It also features Burton's Link-Zip jacket to pant interface which would help keep snow out( if you have corresponding pants).

I believe Burton is making everything in either China or Vietnam. Depends on the model but either one of those countries.
