I did a lot of research on zero degree bags and this is the lightest I coud find. IMPORTANT: This bag has an internal sleeve which is sized for a mummy pad of the same brand which is sold separately. There is no insulation on the back, so get a pad thats rated at zero degrees. The dual core is nice and similar to, but thicker than the best selling therm a rest prolite 4. Down is soft and the space inside is quite wide.

It's a fantastic bag, has kept me toasty at 10 degrees in snowy conditions. The bag is big enough that I don't get claustrophobic in it - a problem for me with most bags - but if you don't have that problem, you might find it too big. It's big enough for me (5'10") to sleep in fetal position without bending the bag. I love it.

I loved the warmth of the sleeping bag, but I keep finding feathers that have made there way out of the bag...plus the the neck hugger tore and had to be fixed...the whole bag could be a little more durable.

I used this bag when the temp was below 0. In Fairbanks AK. I used a tarp for a ground cover and no tent. I wanted to see the Northern Lights. The bag was warm except my feet. I think the foot box had too musch room. The bag is a regular and I am 5'6". Next time I will put a fleece jacket by my feet. I would recomend this bag to others.

I am very satisfied with this sleeping bag. It is a good bag for cold temperatures (high elevations in the Wasatch Mountains) & is very comfortable. I purchased a big agnes mummy pad to use with it and the pad and sleeping bag combo is great.

I got one of the first demo Pomer Hoit 0F bags from the boys at Big Agnes. Little iffy at first about no back insulation, but after taking it and sleeping in a snow cave first night out with the temp to -10F on top of Farwell I was sold. I skied Big Agnes the next day, and three years 100+ nights later in that bag, it’s still as lofty and warm as the day I got it!

This is best sleeping bag I have found. I have used mine from the Teton Wilderness to Siberia without complaint. The last one I purchased was a gift for a friend who has arthritis in his hands. He had difficulty with the zipper catching the material and jamming up. He was slightly embarrassed asking for help to unzip himself from his bag.

I bought the Big Agnes Pomer Hoit sleeping bag after a particularly cold night in the Uintah Mountains of Utah. After just a few trips I have been impressed so far. More often than not, I’m too warm and have to open the zipper to vent. The lack of insulation at the bottom of the bag does require the use of two sleeping pad in conditions colder than 30 degrees if you want to avoid cold spots throughout the night. With that, the only other complaint I would have with the bag is the zipper, it does get caught more often than I would have expected. But overall the bag does as advertised, a great pick.

I have not used the bag outdoors, but sleeping in my bedroom I found the bag to be very comfy, and I loved being able to roll to my side without falling off my sleeping pad or the bag rolling with me. I am so excited to go camping!!!
