Arc'teryx Scimitar Bib - Women's

From steep and deep laps at the resort to all-day tours in the backcountry, the Arc’teryx Women’s Scimitar Bib is built for shredding the fluffy white stuff. Three-layer Gore-Tex Pro Shell fabric keeps moisture outside where it belongs, and the forward-leaning articulation, integrated drop seat, and gusseted crotch provide full range of motion. Arc’teryx added a hidden RECCO reflector for in-bounds safety and ¾-length side zips to dump heat on the skin track. Keprotec instep patches protect the pant from sharp ski edges or crampon points.

Before I go getting killer $400 and some change pants, I've

Before I go getting killer $400 and some change pants, I've got to know how they fit? I typically wear a small in tops, and all my Arc'teryx fleeces and shirts are mediums, so I'm wondering if a smaller cut is something that is common throughout the line. I don't have any of their pants... I've got a small (26 in) waist, but am definitely packing in the butt and thigh region (I don't know if that's attributed to tele skiing or cupcakes)...so, I'm a little nervous. Any suggestions?

I purchased the Arc'teryx Womens Theta AR pants this last season, and absolutely love them! I too am a medium in all of the Arc'teryx womens gear, and am glad I ordered a medium for the bottoms - just for the sake of layering and comfort. That might be something you should consider, especially because you tele! You want a little bit extra room so you don't give yourself a wedgie in the middle of every turn. Good luck!
