Arc'teryx Scarabee Softshell Jacket - Women's

Arc’teryx tailored the Women’s Scarabee Softshell Jacket specifically for ladies, and gave it design lines as clean as the freshly-driven powder. A relaxed fit slips nicely over your inner layers, and Gore-Tex Soft Shell 3L fabric breathes, sheds snow, deflects wind, and insulates with a fuzzy inner face. A helmet-compatible hood stows in its collar when not needed, and an adjustable powder skirt blocks snow from sneaking in at the hem. Molded zipper garages and Tiny Gore seam tape amp up the water resistance, and an invisible RECCO reflector adds safety without any detectable bulk. On backcountry hikes and sunny days, lady rippers will appreciate the jacket’s vent zips and its dual-zone fabric, which places a looser-weave textile under your arms for extra breathability.

cool but spendy

I ordered this and the Cloudveil RPK at the same time. Same fabric and similar look, and I couldn't decide online which I'd prefer. I ended up keeping the RPK. For a $100 less it just seemed like better value for money.
