Arc'teryx Maia 75 Backpack - 4332-4820cu in - Women's

The Arc'teryx Maia 75 Women's Backpack has enough cargo capacity for a week on the trail, support to keep you comfortable, and completely waterproof construction to keep gear dry. backpacking or ice climing???

I work at an outdoor goods store and we dont sell this particular pack but by the looks of it and what its made of its meant more for ice climbing and mountaineering and such. I could be wrong but im not quit the expert. I'm looking for a pack for myself and like the Kelty Red Cloud 6650 but I do backpacking in the summer and i was wondering if this pack is a bit much for summer use alone.
