Arc’teryx gave the Women’s Gamma SV Insulated Hooded Softshell Jacket a high-loft fleece inner face on the torso and shoulders for plenty of insulation on extra-chilly days. Thinner Polartec Power Shield fleece inside the arms and sides offers tons of ventilation during highly aerobic ski days and intense climbs. A smooth outer face defends you from the elements, and ample stretch lets you make your next pole placement or swing your ice axe freely. A trim, women-specific fit zips neatly over your inner layers or slips under a hardshell when a blizzard kicks in.
