Arc'teryx Delta AR Jacket - Women's

The Arc'teryx Women's Delta AR Jacket keeps you warm while you wait for the chairlift to start running. Soft and fuzzy Polartec Thermal Pro has an awesome warmth-to-weight ratio to make the Delta AR an inspiring midlayer for cold starts. Cut with Arc'teryx's no-lift gusseted underarms, this active layer offers a full range of motion as you fight your friends for fresh tracks. Pull the waist tight with the help of the laminated drawcord to keep heat in and snow out. Fuzzy handwarmer pockets hold on to keys or snacks and will heat up frosty fingers during snowball fights. An athletic fit lets you wear the nice looking fleece on its own or under a shell for a full day of activities. *Available for US shipment only.

Bottom Line: The Arc'teryx Delta AR is an all-around jacket for ladies who do it all.

should have listened to the other reviewers

I bought this on SAC for <$100 going against the reviews. should have listened!! this jacket at best is worth $50. not up to the same quality and technical level of typical Arc Teryx products. there are much better options out there!!! sending back.

Disappointed

By:

I LOVE ArcTeryx but absolutely hate this jacket. The fleece is not soft and doesnt keep me warm on even mildly cold days. If there is even a slight breeze, I find myself having to put on another jacket on top of this one.

Lava jacket not so hot

By:
May 18, 2007

I was disappointed with the jacket despite the great color. The fleece was very thin, and the fit was not quite right. This jacket was not the quality usually seen in Arc'teryx gear. I returned it.

The fleece is really thin and not worth the high price. Also, it is a little on the large size.

Great fleece

By:

This fleece is awesome. It might even be my favorite. It's so warm, soft/comfortable, and attractive. It's amazingly light and so much less bulky than my other fleeces. It's just beautiful, and yeah it's expensive but if you wear it as much as I do then it's worth it. It runs large though. I usually wear a medium in Arc'teryx, but I found that a small fit me better in this jacket.

Too Thin For Price...

By:
October 25, 2006

I didn't like the color, it's not as nice as I was thinking it would be. The sleeves were kind of thin for the price. Had to return it.

happy with jacket

By:
January 30, 2007

I bought this fleece at a mmuch reduced rate, and I really like it, it is comfortable and I have been wearing it a lot. It is thinner than I expected, but overall just exactly the insulating layer and wear alon fleece jacket that I wanted.
But I don't really understand why it whould be so very expensive, I find it a pretty and nice but normal fleece, nothing particularly high-tech. Also the seams are normal seams, no lamination technique as I was told by the very nice helpline people.
