Awesome Pack

By:

Some of the info on the page is not correct. There is a filtration pocket. At first the hip belt was hard to get used to and is pretty firm, but it works very well and is super efficient. I was having shoulder problems and about three days into our hike we discovered the load lifter straps...HUGE awesome invention. :) Shoulders didn't hurt as much. It's a great pack though. Pretty big, extra space. It's nice. That's the pack on the left.

huge and comfy

great bag. it is HUGE! i used one of the smaller inside pockets for my hydration bladder and it seems to be working okay. I packed this thing to the BRIM and it still fits comfortably and i can hike well with it even though it is so heavy i can barely get it off the ground. once it's on my back though... i don't feel the weight at all

Is this pack good for hot weather conditions? I am planning

Is this pack good for hot weather conditions? I am planning a trip to Thailand in May/June and want a good pack that is breathable. Any input?

Not bad. I'd check out Osprey. I think they're superior both in comfort and breathability.

It's HUGE and has a lot of pockets. It's also extremely well made and the red color looks really good!

Great Bag!

By:
March 11, 2009

I used this bag for backpacking through Italy for 2 weeks. The size was perfect! I could take everything I wanted to bring with me and then had room for the stuff I bought over there to take home. Once you figure out how to adjust the bag to your body, you are good to go. I am 5'9" and was debating on wither to get the regular or the tall. I got the tall and was happy once I started my trip.

This bag was really easy to use too. I was unpacking and packing it all the time and everything went really smoothly. That had a lot to do with the sleeping bag compartment at the bottom.

I can't wait to do another trip and use this bag again!

Arc'teryx Briza 75 Backpack - 3900-4400cu in - Women's

I got the Arc'teryx Briza 75 in regular for a 17 in torso, and the fit is great. I've used it with 35-45lbs loads so far and it carries it comfortably. The construction is amazing and I have a feeling that it will last longer than I will. I love the multiple access points and front kangaroo pocket. I only with that it had a hydration compartment and weighed a little less.
