Complement any meal with AlpineAire's Cream of Broccoli Soup. If you own a cookstove or even just a pot and some matches, these freeze dried and dehydrated meals are the way to go. can you use sour cream in broccoli soup instead of cream

Your question inspired me to try it so I did yesterday on the trail & it tastes great. You do need to water it down a bit to the consistency of milk or it will clump up & turn into something not only less palatable but a clean-up nightmare.
