Blisters in 15 minutes

I just got back from a 30 min ski on a packed trail with gentle terrain and I have dime sized blisters on the inside/upper part of each of my heels. When I felt down in the boot for what was causing the issue I could feel a plastic bump pushing through the padding. They felt comfy in the store, but once I started pushing off on skiis I could feel the bump almost instantly. I guess Alpina forgot to have someone actually try skiing in these boots before they started selling them. Complete garbage. Do not by these boots.
