ALPS Mountaineering Camp Cot - 2008

Best thing about car camping: Alps Mountaneering's Camp Cot. Roll up to your camp spot, toss this back-saving miracle in your tent, and look forward to some deep z's. Alps Mountaineering decked out this portable bed with a lightweight aluminum frame, tough polyester fabric, and added tent-saving protective plastic feet coverings. When it's time to break camp, just fold the Camp Cot down, slip it into its included carrying bag, and hit the road. These cots have a 325-pound weight capacity.

Bottom Line: 5-Star camping.

This cot is like going camping without leaving the comfort of your own home plus keeps you off the ground from all the critters. It is large so unless you are using a big canvas tent may be too much.
