4FRNT Skis Grom Alpine Ski - Kids'

With the Grom, young rippers can experience the same burly build quality and legendary performance of 4FRNT skis that their older siblings and favorite pros enjoy. Everyone knows that kids put the hurt on skis both on the slopes and off, so who better to take up the reins than 4FRNT, the ski company synonymous with bombproof construction? The Grom is a twintip ski with the same tip / waist / tail dimensions in all three sizes, so there's no difficult math involved. Bigger skier = bigger ski = slightly longer radius turn. 4FRNT's signature 2mm wrapped edges will take a pounding in the parking lot and outside the lodge, but most importantly on the slopes, where the full-wood core should have enough pop to become a hand-me-down after a few seasons. Not one to skimp on the little guys (or gals), 4FRNT gave the Grom the sintered 2000 base found on their adult skis, for great wax absorption and easy shop repair.

Bottom Line: Zooming down the bunny hill or shredding up the beginner park, the Grom keeps up with progressing kids.
