It started to drizzle during your kayak tour. Pull out your Outdoor Research Window Dry Sack, look through the urethane window, spot your rain jacket, and quickly retrieve your jacket without emptying all the contents of your sack in the process. This sack uses tough nylon, a waterproof coating, and taped seams to keep your gear dry. An external daisy chain and bottom handle make it easy to carry this bag on shore.
- Not intended to be submerged
- Outdoor Research suggests double-bagging electronic equipment as some moisture can enter the bag
Bottom Line: Avoid the five-minute-long dig.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.
