Outdoor Research Specter Neck Gaiter - 2007 BCS

I hate having a cold neck and cheeks in the winter. This does a great job covering your skin and keeping you warm. It stops the wind and keeps your collar draft free. Fabric feels great and it has good coverage.

Great service from this site, used the chat thing, asked a few questions. It seemed to match what I was looking for. A neck warmer, that can be pulled up to cover my nose and mouth. fits well, very soft, and stretchy so it stays up when you pull it up. This one does that.

If you are looking for neck warmer, this one is nice.

I'm an average sized male, yet this was too large to fit snuggly when pulled up over my nose. If I wore it outside of my stocking cap it was nice, but not how I wanted it to fit. I returned the item in search of something that is a bit smaller.

I got this neck gaiter for snowsports and general wear in the cold. So far, it's done a fabulous job. Warm, breathable, and a great windbreak, it's doing everything I could want. I've been wearing it for about a month straight, and it's been laundered a number of times, and I can't see any changes or wear.

The only thing that I would change is making the back part a little bit longer. I like pulling my gaiters up to cover that back of my beanie, but that's really just personal preference.

Overall, a great buy.

I wish these gaiters came in sizes, this was too big for my face, everytime I pull it up it just falls right back down. I'm an Asian female though, so maybe I just have a smaller face. It still works great though, I just need to pin it to make it narrower.

I bought this gaiter for cold days skiing on the East Coast. It cuts the wind, but is also very lightweight and versatile.

Have a hood gaiter set up that is great for under 10 degrees - but gets way to hot with a helmet on. I got this to use for cold/windy days - and it is perfect. I can zip my jacket - and don't get overheated. Great purchase!
