Do these pants zip on side for easy removal over boots?
Yes there are ankle zippers, which would make removal over boots much more convenient than regular pants.

The photo looks like these are capri length at the longest. Is this true, or are they full length?
They are indeed full length pants. The photo with the slit on the side is kind of an illusion in the sense that it makes them look like capris but it is actually just illustrating the ankle zip in an open position.

How many pockets , where located and do they have closures to secure items? How does sizing run? (True, small, big). Are these skinny leg or fuller through hips and thighs?
These pants have 4 pockets in total. 2 traditional hand style ones up front, and 2 more velcro-flap closure pockets on the back. OR typically does run true to size, but I haven't personally tried this model. These are a baggier, relaxed fit and should provide room through the hips and thighs.
Just barely misses the mark
I'm so bummed out that these didn't work out for me. The quality of these pants are FANTASTIC and had all the features I was looking for. Convertible, belt loops, back pockets, ankle zippers, UPF, DWR, and has an awesome soft/smooth lightweight material. The biggest flaw is in the length. I was unsure what size to get so I sent with my normal pant size (2) and they fit okay around the waist. I think I could've gotten one size up for better mobility. But the inseam is just too short! For a size 2, the inseam is 29.5." I'm 5'5. They would be great for petite girls but just not long enough for me.
These pants are perfect for hiking and outdoor activities. They are easy to move in and very breathable to help you keep cool on hot days. Plus they live up to their quick-dry promise...I was submerged in water and these pants dried within 15 minutes. These pants were so great I ended up buying a second pair in another color.
