Seem solid so far
I haven't used them on the trail yet but they seem nice enough so far.

I just got these this winter to keep snow and rock out of my ankles on hikes. I think they fit great around my shoe and leg, and have done their job well thus far! They go on super quick and I like that they hook on to your laces in the front. They may look slightly puffy, but not ridiculous by any means.

Fit like balloons around my ankles
I bought these recently so I have a short height version to complement my full height version and these are terrible. There is either a defect in the cut of the material or there is a defect in the design. They fit like balloons around my ankles and there is no way to cinch them tight higher up on my calves in order to try to pull them up. Never mind how silly they look but from a practical perspective, there's no doubt these would get caught on something on the trail which in my view renders them useless. I'm a big fan and supporter of OR products but this product is a dud. I don't recommend these.

Perfect for warmer seasons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Immediately used these in very muddy terrain. Extremely happy with this purchase as these are perfect for the warmer seasons and has enough coverage to protect against all kinds of stuff entering into the boots. This was a great purchase and will get an incredible amount of use.

Very well made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gaiters fit well and did a good job sealing off my ankles. Very well made. Look like they can take abuse.

HUGE - SIZING WAY OFF SO USELESS
Unless you are wearing several pairs of pants under these, consider the sizing way off. These should fit close to your skin/pants so that there are no gaps to let stuff in (while comfortable and not suffocating your leg). Instead, if you trust in the chart and have average sized calves, there will be an enormous gap between your legs and the elasticized band, rendering these useless. If you don't want to waste your time or pay return shipping, consider their sizing chart wrong and misleading - I hope that you read these reviews before ordering!

Perfect for high desert hiking!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of needed to stop and remove burrs, sticks, or other hitchhikers from my socks. With the shorty gaiters, it's not an issue!

Top of gaiter WAAAAY too loose
The top of the gaiter, where the elastic is, is WAAAAY too loose! There must be a gap of 2 inches around my ankle/calf. I wear a size 14 hiking boot so I have the correct size gaiter. Do not understand why the gaiter is so loose in this area. All the scree and gravel you are trying to keep out of your boots by wearing gaiters will very easily enter your shoe/boot. See photo for two fingers worth of gap at top of gaiter.
