Why We Like The Outdoor Research Gripper Sensor Glove

No one aces accessories quite like Outdoor Research, so we choose the Gripper Sensor Glove for work and everyday wear in the winter. The GORE-TEX Windstopper fleece is wind-resistant, water-resistant, and insulated, keeping our hands warm and dry when there's wind and light precipitation in the air. The gloves also feature touchscreen compatibility for those of us addicted to our devices, and it also adds durability and palm grip with a polyurethane overlay.

Super solid all around task gloves

The material, grip, dexterity on these work out to be super nice for just about anything task related when it's too cold for anything thinner. Dog walking. A ski touring summit at 32f. Cleaning off a snowed off car.

Warm, versatile gloves

These gloves are great for everyday wear. Very comfortable, moderate protection from the elements. The sizing is a little smaller than others I've tried.

Great go-to gloves!

I took a chance on these because I just needed a pair of do everything gloves that I could always have on me and not be bulky. The deliver that all the way. They are warm but never have felt sweaty. I got them wet once and they were dry in an hour. I like the fact that they have a leather palm which helps with grip on tools when I am working in the cold, and the sensor finger works well. These have been in regular use for me for over 2 years now and they are still in fantastic shape! No wear at all. Fits true to sizing.

Second Pair

First pair I bought were on clearance so when I saw these again I had to snatch a couple more pair. For me they're the perfect weight to go from 30 f to 0-10 f. Unlike most grip gloves the grip works and is very supple and comfortable. They do work on touch screens too. All around perfect gloves!

My everyday glove

Love the windproof and breathable fabric. Use it everyday to wrangle my kids, xc ski, ski tour, and to fat bike. On my third pair these days

Coyote XL gloves.

I returned them. The tag said XL but they were too small for my husband, which was a bummer because I bought them to replace a pair of OR XL gloves that he loved and lost one of...

burlier than previous years

I've had 5 - 10 pairs of these over the years. I kill a pair or two each year touring. pole rubbing and putting on / taking off skins always trashed the palms and fingers. The palm material is beefier now. hopefully that will make the last longer. However, it put more pressure on my fingers and cut off circulation. The previous models never did that. Hopefully they will break in over time and be perfect. Love the windstopper fleece for a touring glove.
